Here we can discuss the many mistakes the animé has made. A few I can recall are more recent: Ash tells Phanpy in 'Sweet Baby James' to use Hidden Power, but the first time it used Hidden Power was in 'Hooked on Onix' and he didn't see it. How did he know, nobody knows (unless it was in an episode between them as I missed 1 or 2)! Also, the same goes with Munhclax and Solarbeam, the only time they suggested it MIGHT even know Solarbeam was in the Hoenn Grand Festival. And a classic mistake of course that everybody knows is...
"PIKACHU! THE HORN!"
Also in the Hoenn League they referred to Metagross' Hyper Beam as Solarbeam! I look forward to hearing about other mistakes (can include mixed up colours, bad quotes, sereis faults etc, anything really).
in anime, i remember that ash Brock and Misty were going through the Ice Path. (shoulden't they have slid on ice or somthing like the games?) so i guess that's a mistake

There was an episode but it got banned because of the Jynx stereotype thing (notice how Jynx is now purple skinned instead of black). They always mention about Electric being bad about Rock and have Ghost hit Normal but never the other way around (because it's not possible unless with Foresight etc).
You never see attacks like growl, tail whip, leer, those kinds of attacks. Totodile did use leer once, but it never seemed to do anything... I don't think that is really a mistake...

In the mystery dungeon special before ekans eats squirtle's berries gengar said "GO ARBOK!!!" and it was a ekans who did it.
well, in the pacificlog contest ep, that guy joshua tells his houndoom to use shadow ball on may's skitty and it does damage. isn't that a ghost type move? cause ghost type move don't affect normal pokemon in the games.
In the ghost johto gym noctowl tackles a gastls an beats it.
Yes but that was after a Foresight surely? And Foresight allows Normal to hit Ghost (Fighting too). Yeah I noticed the Arbok thing.
