Ah yes as you all know me I am Shadow_walker or my real name Kevin. ^_^; I've had hopes of making a website, but so far they havent been well.... yeah... Anyways if there are other people like me on this forum who have no talent in making websites (or as I like to call it no talent in making web sites) hopefully here I... I mean we can have all of our questions answered.

What I am basically trying to say is I... I mean we would like to make a website but dont know how to get started. So please if there are any experts on this forum or any website owners (which I know there are!) please be kind as to open your heart and help us non talented dont how to make a website...ers.
I can help. I know basic HTML and I know pretty much a few things of making layouts. So yea I can help. I would suggest going to HTML sites and not using a forum as main refrence
I have a question you all could probably answer. I can't pay for a website, but I do want a free one. What is the best place to signup for a free webpage?
Sherrice Adjani, you probably should have started your own thread, but my friend uses http://www.xero-tech.net/forums/. And Shadow_walker, it's always good starting with the basics. I recommend starting at http://www.lissaexplains.com. It explains how to make a website very clearly and easily.
Well, Shadow_walker said us so I thought it was a specific thread for anyone to ask questions...>>; My bad. But thanks for that information! ^_^
Actually, this is a great thread for anyone who needs help! No worries!

C. Taco mentioned Lissa Explains, which is like _the best_ for learning. It's where I got my HTML knowledge, basically.

http://www.freewebs.com is very good for hosting, but you have to choose the HTML option. Premade layouts suck.
Yeah, I tried using FreeWebs before and my site fell apart at the seams...literally. xD I'm definately going to check out Lissa Explains before I try to make a site. Learning about HTML is a definate must...>>;
Yes, just never give up and you shall succeed.
That's good advice. Make sure you go for XHTML over HTML if you know it. It's better for viewing in different browers.
Yeah, that's true. I also wondered what would be the best layout for my website. It's going to be a full on s-CRY-ed website and I'm going to try to make it official. Cool
