Who do you think is a better trainer? Harrison? Ash? or maybe even Gary? i personally think Gary is a better trainer then Ash because look at all Gary's high leveled Pokemon, but Harrison beats Gary but only just. so post your opinion.
Kinda depends what you mean by best.
Gary is probably the strongest.
Ash is the best IMO because he's kind to his Pokemon and he trains them well. He knows that Pokemon don't need to evolve to be strong and he comes up with amazing battle strategies.
Misty is a close second. She's so young yet she's a Gym Leader.
I'd go for Ash as he can win any battle if he thinks it through properly. This thread should really be moved to the animé section of Pokémon, since the trainers are from the animé (no offence).
i still think Gary beats Ash, because in almsot every battle, Gary beats him. besides the one in the Hoeon League.
You mean the Johto League? I think Ash is the best, he does think of amazing strategies. he also has lots of good Pokemon, Sceptile, Charizard, Pikachu...
I would say Ash is the strongest trainer. They kind of made it that way considering Pikachu and him are the main characters in the show. They made those two uber powerful simply cause their the heroes.
Shinj because he's good for a beggining trainer,  hate ash, and gary's too nice to ash, rivals aren't supposed to be nice, and i know of harrisson, but never seen his pokemon before. so yea, i'll go with my second fave pokemon character, shinji! ^_^
Gary PWNS everyone!
Ash is kindest thou.
Gary is kind in the Johoto league though, but in the Kanto league he is selfish, and only care's about winning. plus has anyone actully seen the Rival off G/S/C? He is just like Shinji. but Lance is like Ash. Gary's kid of just his own type.
So Shinji is a beginning traner? I don't understand how Ash can have a beginning trainer for a rival. =/
