There are meteors that you can go to, that will change it's form. I don't know specifically where they are

Well, I don't have Diamond or Pearl, but was curious, so no need to explain. Thanks. Actually, I do have Pearl, but need a working DS emulator.

Yes in the 4th town or something, there are four Meteor slots. Serebii has all the details but it's a great way to quickly change forms and get good moves for forms that noramally don't learn some moves.

Deoxys, however, is inobtainable in D/P, so you must bring it in from another game. In Tobari City, if you do have Deoxys with you, you can go to the 4 meteorites. Talk to them to change its form.
Top = Speed
Middle = Normal
Bottom Left = Attack
Bottom Right = Defense
