Lol, sure I can. But I am not all that good...Well, tell me what you want as your theme and how you want the layout. Like, Container navigation or plain navigation layout. I can give it a shot ^_^

Just basically a cool green layout, traditional three column sort of thing. Similar to your layout, but obviously different. I like your layout though, and I'm a coder- not GFX guy.
Basically I'm not being too picky with this. I just would love it if you could have it done by Friday.
