No, the forum provides a much better customer service setting. All threads are available to everyone, so information can be taken from other instances.

Also provides a way to update everyone on news and server status.

But I'd perfer a Blog for News and Information. A good email Customer support and a good Help file instead of their horrible one they have no to mention their email Support which they never reply.

Still though Elixant rules.

As long as they answer my questions- whether email or forum- I'm quite happy.

I'd actually prefer email since I have only 1 post at elixant forums X.x
And they'd think Im greedy only for help

Good news. I got pokeuniverse info working. fweeness. New host, which I'm not revealing anytime soon.
