How do you create a forum skin? Currently I am using Shinou Heights, and I love the layots for everything! The colors are phenominal, and the little quote button has a Pokedex on it!
Was all of that created in Adobe Photoshop?
Images would've been made in a paint program but all the rest would be MyBB/CSS code.
I don't think it was created in Photo Shop =P. they would have needed something bigger to do that.
Like what? I have Adobe Photoshop, which is the leading industry program for image editing and manipulation software...
What else is needed?

If you want to find out what was used you could've just PMed an admin.

Well if you PMed an admin they may know who the creator of the skin is and ask them. Duh.
I figured an admin would see this thread and say something, but I don't know. I guess I can figure this out on my own, but I just really like the forum skins here so I am trying to get an idea of how it was designed.
Uh... I believe Paul, Saul and Furret all designed them. And strangely enough all three of them are admins.
Well I don't even need to know what they did exactly, just if anybody knows how to make forum skins in general it would be a big help.
