Well you haven't really given details like what you're programming in, what the game is about, etc.
On a faraway island, millions of miles away, a great evil has awaken. It is up to you to train your pokemon and save the day. You can choose to help MeeMee and LeeLee, the leaders of Team AltoSoprano, or GeeGee, leader of Team Baritone.

Ideas
When you find GeeGee, good guy and leader of Team Baritone, she has an organ monster type pokemon and she tells you that there is trouble in another dimension. So it plays a musical lullaby and it sends you into a mysterious dimension where you battle 8 people, each giving you a badge that looks like something unlucky (open umbrella, spilled salt, etc.) and you have to have all eight of them until you can come back, and then MeeMee (one of the leaders of team altosoprano) looses her pokemon because she put an evil spell of it to make it super powerful and the spell broke when you came out of the dimension.
And I have ideas for the region.
There can be (unknown #) cities. One city is a prairie type city and that is where you start out. Then a city in a canyon, a city on a bridge, a large city on an island, and one can be underwater.
The city on the bridge is a large city, home to team altosoprano. The city underwater is inside of a rock dome underwater that has a giant air bubble trapped inside which allows the residents to live. Team baritone is located there.

Just so you know, no matter what you program it in it will be no easy task. You'll have to have protocols, IP settings and such.

I Still need members, right now we have 8 and most of them makes spirtes (GOOD ONES)
Learn php and sql. That'll help you a lot when making the game. If you're making a web based game. If it's something that isn't online or web based, you can learn c++ or python (with the pygame module) and make one easily.

Just so you know, it'll take scripters, and also some GFX Artists, for thins such a cinematics. You may also be interested in making pictures of the Pokémon, similar to the art by artists.
