Greetings!

During my quest to become the greatest Pokémon Trainer of all time, I have encountered a rather troublesome problem. For you see, I have established a new team, and no, it's not the one in my signature. My team is rather different. My goal is to have all six of my new Pokémon at level 60 exactly, before I start challenging some tougher opponents. But the problem that I have encountered is that I'm not sure about some of the moves my Pokémon can learn. At level 60, I don't know what moves they will have learned. So I ask of you to either post a link, or tell me what level they learn what move up to level 60. Got it? Right, below you will find my goal Pokémon, i.e the ones I will have at level 60. If you see blank spaces, it's because I'm not sure what move to use, or because I don't know when the Pokémon learns a specific move. Here we go:

Arcanine
Item: Charcoal
  • Extremespeed
  • Fire Blast
  • Curse
  • -

Explanation: You might wonder why I used Curse with Arcanine. Well, seeing as Extremespeed always hits first, and is quite powerful, using Curse will only boost Arcanine's stats, but will have no effect on it's Speed. That way it can take out quite a lot of strong Pokémon.

Blastoise
Item: Leftovers
  • Surf
  • Rain Dance
  • Blizzard
  • -

Explanation: The Rain Dance is used to power up Blastoise's Surf attack, while Blizzard will be used to handle Grass Pokémon, which Blastoise are weak against. The Leftovers are there to heal Blastoise a little bit while using Rain Dance.

Gengar
Item: -
  • Hypnosis
  • Dream Eater
  • Lick
  • Curse

Explanation: Hypnosis and Dream Eater are pretty easy to figure out. Lick will be used to damage Psychic Pokémon, should Gengar encounter one. Curse is used to slowly chip away other Pokémon's health.

Espeon
Item: -
  • Psychic
  • Dream Eater
  • Morning Sun
  • Take Down

Explanation: Psychic has obvious uses, and will be used against Fighting, Grass, Posion, and Ghost Pokémon mainly. Dream Eater will be used if the opponent is asleep after facing Gengar. Morning Sun will only be used in case of a crisis. Take Down will be used as a more direct approach to hurting the opponent's Pokémon.

Raikou
Item: -
  • Thunder
  • -
  • -
  • -

Explanation: Thunder is an obvious choice, for an Electric-type like Raikou. However I'm clueless as to what other moves to teach him, please give suggestions.

Tyranitar
Item: -
  • -
  • -
  • -
  • -

Explanation: I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to Tyranitar. I was thinking about teaching it Ice Beam, to deal with Grass-types, which it is weak against, but then I realised that I can't get Ice Beam on Pokémon Gold. Any tips are welcome.

There we go. Please give suggestions, but keep in mind that I play the Gold version, so I am kind of limited.
