You can catch Rayquaza at Sky Pillar after you beat Team Magma&Aqua near Mossdeep City. You can get Kyogre and Groudon after you beat the Elite Four. Go to the Weather Institute on Route 119 to find out where they are. Latios or Latias (depending on whether you choose red or Blue when your mum asks you after the Elite Four) can be found randomly throughout Hoenn after defeating the Elite Four. The three Regi's can be unlocked by diving on Route 134 and then following the Braille messages. There's more info on the Regi's here: http://serebii.net/emerald/regi.shtml

Hmm I feel since this thread has been answered and to prevent Spam I will lock it, soon PJN should have a list of where every Pokémon in the 3rd Generation can be found, so check places such as Serebii and PJN for these pieces of information. *locked*
