Sounds good but this means that Ash loses or the episode or a 2 parter and it refers to how they're still there. Sounds good nonetheless. That must mean Hikari will get a Pachirisu right? It would seem to go well with her and Brock will get Hikozaru next probably.
Shinji already has a Hikozaru, so it wouldn't be logical to give Brock one too.

Okay let's keep on topic, also Ash's Mukkuru evolved and Brock has Sudowoodo too let's not forget (Mimmochi or something is the rabbits name). But it reveals a bit more in the story and that Ash may lose his first Gym Battle, even after having Pikachu, Aipom and Naetoru on his side (Grass, Iron Tail and Focus Punch are all great against Rock). It's interesting to make him lose this early if he does.
It would be just like the first season if he loses to the first gym leader again =P (Who just happens to be a rock trainer also)
