I like Fire, Grass, Water, Dragon and Ice myself. The moves and lots of the Pokémon are good ones.

i aboslutly love dragon, they are the coolest type, they have great moves, and they just look awesome too.
i also like flying, they are fast, they have quite powerful moves and not many types affect them.
i like fire, i like the brute force and devastation they can bring into your party.
ghost is good, especially when they know hypnosis and dream eater and nightmare.
darkness is good, not much affects them, though they dont affect much, they have good defense and good special attack.

I like the Fire Type, because they can give you a bad status problem, and also have a nice Movepool.

Definatly Water, for some reaso nI've always been attracted to water. Not like in a date, love, marry kind of way but Im always up for a good swim and the water attacks are so cool! (Also Totodile is water). My Second choice would be Ice but I mean I have to admit LIquids take the prize

Movepool depends on what pokemon, some fire pokemon have horrible movepools......but still, generally yes they do....

Dragon are alright... Yes, but Steel > All. That's why Diaruga is mah dream!
Steel has very god stat's, though now they are too common, in D/P
