Well if any of you read the News Feed on Firefox, you may have noticed this:

Hm... let's dissect this article a little:
Great. Just what we need, another useless device that will make the phone world more difficult.
Hm... And this is any different to having a PDA phone which you could get for about the same price anyway?
Let's see. "Magical device" It's magic by the fact it can extract $600 from your wallet and by "revolutionise the industry" they really mean they'll make it more difficult to send SMS's and call your friends and that the OS will crash every 10 days.
And by that point the price of many PDA phones will have dropped meaning it'd be useless to by it.
Hm. A pound is quite different in Australia, but I'm guessing it's about $400. Hm, $400 for a phone. Why do I have feeling that even if you don't buy a PDA phone you could get the two seperately for much a lower price.
Oh won't that be fun. Or, with the appropriate video card and cables, for, again, a much less price, can do this anyway.
Quote:US firm Apple has confirmed its move into the telecoms industry, unveiling the long-awaited iPhone.
Users will be able to download music and videos with the phone, demonstrated by Apple boss Steve Jobs at the annual Macworld Expo in San Francisco.
Mr Jobs praised the phone's design and told the audience the "magical device" would "revolutionise the industry".
The phone, which will cost from $499 (£257) to $599, will be launched in the US in June and Europe later this year.
Apple is not yet saying how much the iPhone will cost in the UK, but using the comparison of a Mac mini computer the 4 gigabyte (GB) model would be about £335.
Also revealed at the Macworld Expo was Apple TV, a device to stream music and movies from a computer to the living room.
