Hello Everyone!

It has been decided that this section needs to be created to help members of MMC and clear up threads asking a simple question and that get locked.

So here you can post a question asking for help and anyone who knows, any member at all can post the answer to help them. So this is in general, a good help thread. So for an example:

Post 3: NintenBeau- In Pokémon Emerald, where can I find Rayquaza and when?
Post 4: pokejungle- After Rayquaza stops Groudon and Kyogre fight in Sootopolis City, you can go back to the Sky Pillar (east of Pacifidlog Town) and it will be at the top. Remember to bring the Mach Bike, as you'll be needing that.

And that's all there is to it! I hope this helps all of you with your problems and this can apply to any Pokémon Game, hopefully any member here can you give you the advice you seek. Happy Q & A'ing
Er well, guess I'll repost my old question. I know it does nothing to help gameplay..but I'm really interested to know, and it'll help me in some of my fanarts, haha.

Game you are playing: Pokemon Pearl/Diamond
Problem you are having: Ok..this has nothing to do with gameplay, but I'm aware that the pokedex allows you to input your own height and weight to compare with Pokemon, so how do I go about doing this? Thanks for anyone who answers.

1) Both have equal chances of obtaining Dragon Scale. However I'd recommend going after Horsea, since it's more common and can be fished out, while Bagon can only be found in Meteor Falls.
2) Thief allows you to steal whatever item the opponent is holding, so as long as you yourself are not holding an item, and the other is holding that scale, you can grab it on the first try.
3) Your Pokemon will be holding the item if it used Thief, so just remove it from your Pokemon.

Hope that helps.

I'd also like to add to this that if this is Pokémon Emerald, if your lead Pokémon has the CompoundEyes ability (Nincada, Butterfree etc) then this doubles the liklihood of meeting a Pokémon with an item from in this case, 1 in 20 to 1 in 10. A strategy I'd like to suggest is having this CompoundEyes Pokémon lead with a Smoke Ball attached, also have in your party your Thief 'mon. If the Pokémon is one you don't want (e.g. Magikarp/Zubat etc) just hit run and you can always escape with the Smoke Ball attached. If it is the Pokémon you want, you can then switch to your Thiefer and steal the potential item.

If it isn't Emerald, then do as Zei says with Thiefing (without holding an item yourself) on Horsea/Bagon. I know there is also a place with a Dragon Scale so I'll look that up.
i have a question, how can i get a feebas?.....i never have luck getting one......i've tried on every single 3rd gen game and i cant get it so can someone help?
I reccomend you stop trying.

I traded to get mine.

6 tiles through the route, and they change. Change trendy phrase to move the tiles.

Lot's of patience required.
It's really not that hard. Only took me half an hour, lol. And once you've found the tile, as long as you don't change the trendy phrase, you can remember where it is and have an unlimited supply of Feebas.

Grab an Old Rod and go to Route 119. Go Surfing and fish on every tile of water. If you want to be safe you should fish on each tile about 3 times because sometimes you'll pull up a Carvanha instead, but if you're lazy like me then just fish on each tile once and hope that when you come across one of those 6 tiles that you'll pull up a Feebas.
ohh ok, but what are tiles or whatever? i dont get that part.....
Well, one tile is the width of your character. So what you are standing on, is a seperate tile. One tyle per thing... Tree, Rock, etc.
