10-Promoted to Vice Chairman

Once there is a Vice Chairman, the points will increase and more promotions added.

Maybe you should explain what the club is about....first.....or at least give the basic outline of what negima is..

Well, the show is about a ten-year-old boy named Negi Springfield, and he was assigned to be a teacher at a middle school for girls, but he can't let anyone know about him being a mage, and.... yeah, thats all I can say without giving any spoilers.

Oh, and just search for "negima 1" without quotations, and they have subtitles, so there really isn't any English I know about ^_^;
