Try a silverish or shiny gray for Galactic
And probably dark blue, or a blue that has stars in it. (like Pikaadvance's lil tc there.)

I would have to agree, but what about just taking out the white so it just flashes like.. lightblue-darkblue for example?
And for team rocket, I would've used all purple (like light and dark purple) instead of purple and red~ @@ But that's just my opinion~
