Also it will be all blinky when you go to the page so I reccomend just PMing a admin to add you to it.
Yeah sometimes when you apply to a team, the page doesn't show up, usually me and some other people found the wrong theme was being used, and 'Passion of Vulpix' worked very well. Try all the themes and try applying at different times but if it doesn't work, do what Togepi said above.
