The best thing to do when you learn about spriteing, is possably finding a spriter you like alot and ask them to tutor you, I did that when I first started spriting and now I've become a close clone of the one I admire X3..
There is a million different ways, colors, types, revamps and many fusions and sona mixes in Spriting, many people even take college semesters just to learn computer gaming, which is basicly what we do when we sprite.. erm.. But they have to make the sprites from scratch O-o;. Which is just a lil' different but it adds up to the same hard work and learning tracks.
And I hate to ask you for this on a thread in this case.. But you cannot hide the name of the people you are given avatars from.. I know the first one is Kurui or someone of the sort, but the second one is running a compleat blank and hidding their names is just as bad as art theft, I know you meen the best of intensions but even if they asked you to hide their names I highly forbid it =/..
