Many of you know what Ninetales is, but you may not have heard of the legendary Suntales. Some say it's a myth, but others pursue their dreams of one day capturing and taming it. Some say that those who pursue the Suntales are fools. They say that if you were to meet its eyes or even touch it, then you would be cursed for eternity. No one knows where it is located, but there have been rumors. Some say it lays dormant deep inside a volcano. While others say that it is found in the core of our Sun. The Scientists of the region Hokkaido have been researching the Suntales for many years, but to no avail. After months of no new discoveries they decided to appoint new trainers to the job of finding and capturing the Legendary Suntales, but there are other forces that have been trying to find the Suntales as well. You must be careful on your journey...
You will begin your adventure in the town of Onshua where you will obtain your first Pokemon.

I have a few rules that you need to read:

Her skin has a dark tinge to it and she has shining emerald colored eyes. She is five feet and two inches tall. She wears a green jacket over a black shirt and wears black pants. Around her neck she always wears a leaf that is carved out of Jade and is strung onto a black string.
Personality: She is very intelligent and an excellent leader, but she has no sense of time whatsoever. She also has good common sense and is easy to become friends with.

Just a question can we have any starter (non Legendary or second or third stage)? If so, I want Rioru, if not, I want Squirtle. And Hokkaido, isn't that an island in Japan?

Hokkaido is an island in Japan, but this is a different Hokkaido. You can only have a first stage starter of any type of Pokemon besides legendaries. No legendaries are allowed to be your starter. Okay you're part of the RP! I will be starting it tomorrow.

Bic: Leaves crunched under Rita's feet as she walked to Onshua town in order to get her first Pokemon. She had heard that all of the beginning trainers would be given an important job, but she didn't know what it was. She walked into the town and eventually reached a rather large building which had a large sign affixed to its door.
"Hokkaido Research Lab..." Rita said, "Looks like I'm here!"
She knocked on the door which was then opened by a tall woman in a lab coat, with purple hair, small glasses, and had a Natu perched on her shoulder.
"Come in!" She greeted Rita warmly, "You must be here to choose your first Pokemon."
"Yeah I am!" Rita exclaimed and glanced at the five Pokeballs on a nearby table, "Could I have that one? It has a Chikorita in it right?"
The purple haired assistant picked up the indicated Pokeball and handed it to Rita.
"There you go," she said and smiled.
Rita let her Pokemon out of its Pokeball.
"Chika!" it exclaimed.
Just then there was another knock on the door.

Personality: He's interactive and social. He's able to make good relationships with his pokemon. He's also somewhat of a risk taker, which often gets him into trouble. He's good at contests and is average at battling. He's knows a lot about pokemon, but that's all he knows about. He is kind with a big heart, but is somewhat gullible.
Other information: He learned medical skills from his mother who was a doctor.

Description: ( Picture soon) Rina has long, chestnut brown hair that goes down to her back. Often she only has her bangs down and can be seen wearing cute hats. Her eyes are a dark blue and she wears a lot of jewelry most of the time, dog collars, necklaces, bracelets, and barrettes. Her clothes are most of the time bright and different, and often she wears cute short sleeved shirts with different kinds of arm warmers. Just like her jewelry and shirts, her pants are also brightly colored and often odd colors like orange, purple, lime green, and so on. Occasionally she wears skirts, but most of the time they're worn with the pants. On her legs and feet she wears knee high socks and simple black and white sneakers.

Personality: A young, happy girl, she lives for the dream, legends, and fairy tales of Pokemon. She is a girl who acts quite bubbly and loves to be in the presence of good friends and people. Her heart is in the right place, and while she sometimes can be a klutz and seem air headed, you can count on her to get the job done.
Rina loves to draw, and is often found outside with nature, drawing anything and everything to hone her skills. She also adores going to raves and conventions that her older brother often would take her if they were within the region. She also loves to watch cartoons and play around with video games when she isn't outside.
