serebii does say dialga is steel dragon and one time zap cannon beat my salamance because it was super eff. against my salamance

but salamence is type fire/dragon i think no i'm pretty sure it is so it's gotta be dragon that's weak against electricity hopefully this solves the problem

Zap cannon beat Salamence because Salamence is a steel/ Flying type! Electric is super effective against flying! Electric-is-bad-against-dragon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Therefore, electric does a normal amount of damage on Dialga!!! COMPRENDE!?!!?!?!?!?!

Salamence is a Dragon/Flying type!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dragon is NOT weak against electricity!!!!

Dragon types are weak to only ice and dragon types.

I join because dailga is way cooler then palkia because it controlls time and can stop attacks that way
