I'm so desperate with the iconners for the game that I own I came here, since there are good spriters here.

Basically, read that, download it, and use the Dream Maker to make dmi icon files(DM Icon, get it?) for an Moderative Position in my game. You can post here to ask questions, basically it will be like spriting except for 32x32 and there are turf icons involed a lot more then icons of things.
To try out for the turf iconnist, you just need to icon me a Grass icon and a Water Icon. then post them, you must copy paste what you do to paint though. Remember, use the Dream Maker program, download from the site above. If you want to know what my game is Goto Games.byond.com and search for my user name.
