how do you make a custom avatar?

You get an image on your computer that's less or qual to 130x130 pixels (It'll tell you if it goes over) then go to "User CP > Edit Avatar" and then in the "Upload" box you click "Browse" and find the image. Then hit "Save" or "Submit" (Whatever it is) and it should work

i use gimp but i dont know how to use it fully mainly i use MS paint
