I was around level 30 with Bulbasaur, Pikachu and Absol and had no trouble at all. Considering you're a Totodile, you could probably beat the dungeon & Groudon around level 25-27 but take along a bunch of Reviver Seeds and stuff just in case.

You should be ready. I was 21 when I did... well, it doesn't matter what I did to him, but the point is that you should go and use Totodile to kick his @$$ and Cyndaquil as a supporter, but don't rely on him much.

WHOA!!! a water gun ONLY does 13 HP damage my @$$ got kicked BAD!!!

1) You need to be a higher level than that, 2) Bring in another Pokémon, like Absol or something you train up. Anyway, I am locking this thread since it's about one question, redirect your question or get further advice from the following:
