go to the white rock in route 126 se of mossdeep and bring a pkmn with dive dive go around till you find an underwater cave entrance go in and surface with the b button to get dive visit stevens house on mossdeep

For one thing, this needs to be moved to the Pokémon Area. ALso, with the question being answered in the form of a FAQ and saying where Sootopolis City is, this may as weel be closed.
