Now that I look into the site deeply, I will release all my power.
The splash for your web site is using the Symbol font. It throws off users into thinking your web site is in some kind of Hebrew language when they look at your web site's splash.
Content
POTM(Pokemon of the Month) and POTW(Pokemon of the Week) is just getting old. I haven't been to one other Pokemon web site that doesn't have either of the two.
The Link-Us page needs to have the textbox bigger instead of smaller.
I recommend having the text over a field in the form to prevent from it looking unprofessional. This mainly applies to your staff page and Error Report page.
I don't recommend you smash all content for a Pokemon game right into one page, like Pokemon Palace does. Separate them into pages, and create a small

navigation to those pages for each game page. Your users will love you if you do this. Again, this applies to all your game pages.
Your free layouts page freaks me out in a way. I don't know how. It might be because you should offer previews before users actually download a layout they might not use.
Free Nav Bars? What in the world is that? It doesn't even have anything in there, except a message saying you don't have.
Your SSI Help page has errors with text boxes. You need to make them larger and wider so people can see your example thoroughly. And for every text box, I recommend leaving a new line to prevent mix ups.
Your Web Hosts page is best suited as a webmasters resources page, but even that is worse. Good job on that for now. And provide links to the hosts so people can check them out.
Your Don't Click here page is the most interesting one I've ever seen.

; Smeargle is also over-used as a paint mascot.
Layout
It's a start. The color selection would have been perfect if you had created a better banner for your web site to act as a logo than what you have now. It uses the default fonts for Paint, and it even looks like it was done in Paint. If you can't afford Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, then get The GIMP.
It makes your layout look real unprofessional to have visited links another color instead of the default link color, white. Speaking of links, your hover over text is hard to read. In addition already underlined links look bad. I would save it for when users hover over the links.
Alright, your section headers are good for a start, but it would look way better if both navigation menus had a border around them to separate from your content, and if it was fixed-width.
Your content area should be wider. It's really small on 1226x768(whatever it was called).
Why is your "Fun" menu all the way to the right...? Shouldn't it be where all your main links are?

True, though it's a silly internet standard for webmastering.
