This was made before, but it died. I thought it was a good idea, so, here's the new version.
Rules:
1)Don't add another sprite to the sprite that is already there.
2) You may do anything else to the sprite (recolor, Inferno, Angel etc.)
3) ALWAYS SAVE AS A PNG!!!!!
Basically we start off with a sprite and everyone makes one change to it per post.
For example:

We'll start with Pochama now:
