I'm not sure if this goes here but within "Breeding Tips" Section of the Main Page, there are a couple things that I noticed.

1. There's mention that you can't produce an egg if one or both of the Parents are Level 100. I've bred between Level 100 Parents without any problems.

2. Ditto can breed with any Males, Females, and Genderless Pokemon. (Except Legendary Pokemon and, I believe, other Dittos) I think it's possible because there are Pokemon that are always Female (Jynx and Miltank come to mind) - I'll check on this.

Some additional tips not mentioned: (Only in Pokemon Emerald -- and probably in Diamond/Pearl)
-If the lead Pokemon has the Ability Flame Body or Magma Armor, eggs will take half as much time to hatch
-You can pass Natures down to Eggs when the Female/Ditto holds an Everstone. (Holding an Everstone gives a 50% of passing down the Mother's Nature to the Egg/Baby)
I assume you are referring to PokeJungle's Breeding Guide, I think the Everstone applies to the mother unless Ditto acts as it, I'm not sure though and I've bred Lv100s too. I'm going to move this to the Pokémon Section but leave it redirect here. The creator Glacian will be interested to read this. *moved*
It's now in PORTABLE POKéMON, okay? Just incase Glacian responds and wants to say anything. It can stay there for a while if nobody spams in it.
I had a little test with breeding with Lv. 100 Female Shiftry and Lv. 100 Ditto and still got an egg.
If you talk to the old man and get the message "The two prefer to play with other Pokemon." you will NOT get an egg. Any other message besides the one mentioned will eventually give you an egg.
I am terribly sorry, I will be 100% honest here and say that I could never get a 100 to breed in G/S/C and figured it was the same throughout regardless. I should have actually tried it. but due to the old days i have never tried breeding a 100 since. My Deepest appologies.
A little tidbit of information.

The path on Route 117, through Mauville, that spans from the ocean shore to Verdanturf is 134 steps long.

So, If you cross it there, and back, you'd get 268, and if you're playing emerald and have Flame Body, you'd get 536 steps!

Then you could calculate how many times you'd have to cross that line to hatch your egg.
