Why, yes there is! I've read a lot of ways by googling this, which I recommend you do next time. I found one way that I've done, it involved searching for some file with the search function, then disconnecting something, and then reconnecting it 5 mins later... I wouldn't do any of that since I can't explain it clearly though.

Trying to evade bans, eh?
If it's a dynamic IP it changes regularly I think. If it's static, it's pretty much your ISP that has to change it. And as I figured, and this thread supports my opinion, ISPs aren't particularly thrilled if you do such things:

Using the command line to switch your IP can also work, though ISPs such as RR return the same IP address.
Run >> cmd >> ipconfig /release >> ipconfig /renew >> ipconfig /flushdns
Run >> cmd >> ipconfig /release >> ipconfig /renew >> ipconfig /flushdns

IPConfig /release
IPConfig /renew
This isn't programming, come to think of it. But hey, whatever. You could also leave your modem off for a few moments and a new IP would regenerate if you don't have a static IP. If you simply need a new IP for reasons of anonymity, Tor might be the right thing for you and it's worth checking out.

It's useful some times, but it can integrate with Firefox so it's spiffy, all-in-all. All you have to do is forward ports to it and bam.

Try not to revive threads, particularly ones that are a year old.
