I think this is fairly important, so I have sticked it. But Aragornbird of Arkeis.com has written a really awesome guide of Pokémon Movesets, actually giving you about 1/2 options on every Pokémon for moves. I wouldn't say it's quite finished, as early on he explains the movesets a bit and then stops a bit later on.
