You can no longer send legendaries over the GTS, you can still ask for them though which is pointless since you will never get anything.

I heard about this from a friend about an hour ago too.
He told me that he couldn't trade or receive legendaries over GTS.
There are also multiple reports of this going around on forums.
So far it doesn't appear that Nintendo has made any official statement about it though.
Perhaps it's just a glitch or something like what happened with PBR.
Yeah, we appreciate your news bringing but in future Starmie, please always give a source or let Spinarak handle it. Though this will be interesting, I wouldn't be surprised if Friends could send you legendaries, but not random people. EDIT: oh and when you do source this info, I'll move it to GTS if it's found to be real.

I knew that this would happen. Now this spoils all the fun of trading legendaries in the GTS because of some stupid hackers.
When I was trying to trade my lv50 Zapdos for a lv100 Garchomp, it said, 'You cannot trade this pokemon!'.

I was trying to trade my Palkia for a shiny Mew, but I couldn't...Is this a glitch? Or did Nintendo do it purpously?
I can always be trusted, just check all my other posts, all I do is bring 100% real news to Mt. Moon and PokeJungle. XD
Thing is, PBR's thing was a glitch, so if they happened on the same day, the chances that this is in fact a glitch is increased. However, to avoid hacking and motives for cheating, I think this has done this nicely. However, it is annoying for trading trios and legit legendaries. Also, on the PBR side, it says it was a technical difficulty, so there are actually oppurtunities that this is a glitch.
I don't doubt your honesty Starmie, it's just, a source is needed really, especially with this glitch issue recently.
Ugh, I really hope it's not a glitch.
Perhaps now people will be motivated to SR their games for good legendaries, and/or go to the internet for it.
