New Pokemon game announced by Nintendo for the Wii. 'Pokemon Battle Revolution'. It will have Stadium-like elements but will also incorporate an RPG element, much like Pokemon Colosseum/XD had both RPG and battling capibilities.

Pokemon from the upcoming Diamond and Pearl games will be able to be uploaded to Pokemon Battle Revolution so that you may watch your Pokemon battle in full 3D.

It will also use the WiConnect24 online service, but it is unsure exactly how just yet.

Pokemon Battle Revolution is scheduled for release in Japan in Winter 2006, a few months after Diamond and Pearl.

I made a huge Post in Daily Spam detailing everything I could dig up.

And you will be able to battle online using Pokemon battle Revolution. It's unlikely you'll be able to trade though...

But what about mini-games? I don't care for stupid RPGs! give me a Party!

Yeah, I love Mini games too, but according to Serebii it's going to be more like Colloseum/XD and have an RPG and battling side... maybe there'll be mini games, too, but I dunno.

Mini games would be awesome online, imagine the amount of people in that party o.o Like 20 people per game or somethin.

I don't want a stupid half-assed Pokemon RPG though. This sucks. XD wasn't that much of an improvement over colisseum in my opinion.

They need a disk that is entirely about a Pokemon Storyline. They don't need the Colisseum-style combo EACH AND EVERY TIME!

bring back Stadium! That was so much more fun!

Can't wait for this game. I really hope that it includes rental pokemon like the old Stadium games.

Yeah, I hope it _is_ like Stadium 3. Colossuem and XD weren't as good as the N64 games.

Minigames would be nice too.
