When you offer Pokemon, from here on out, you MUST put [LEGIT] or [SHARKED], or something to that effect. If you are found to be lying about the status of the Pokemon you are offering, you will automatically be banned from this forum permanently.
More rules to come, if needed. But some people care a lot to only have legit Pokemon.
Thanks!

Good idea.

I think someone should make this sticky.
Oops, thanks for reminding me.
Paul, would it be okay just to write something like, "All of my pokemon are legit"?
I think as long as you don't say they're cheated or hacked etc, I think people can assume they are legit. But I think people should always say whether they're hacked, cheated or shiny (or PokéRussed)
I think this is a good idea.
I mean, if you don't say a certain Pokémon's hacked or whatever, then that's misleading any potential "buyers", if you will.
So, yeah, great idea! Nice one

Yep, that's fine.
There is also a difference between, say, my hacked Pokémon, and WiFi cheating Pokémon.
I got a mate of mine to hack some Pokés to make them shiny. It's just something to get revenge on all the crap shiny-n00b users.
However, have you seen those Magikarps? 999 for all stats. Attacks are: Roar Of Time, Hydro Pump, Giga Impact, Thunder.
The former, well, still mention it, but it's a soft hack. The latter? It's a hardcore hack. And definately mention it. Perhaps multiple times.
i think you should really refine the rules paul.
i could interprate it one way,
and the next guy another.
but again, you have the final say.
(i say no to the all powerful forum tyrant idea though

)
