This should be very useful for beginners.

Enjoy, guys.
Staraptor @ Choice Band
Naive Nature (+Spd, -Sp. Def)
Trait: Intimidate
EV's: ? (Used it to beat the game, which explains the Naive nature and the unknown EV's. I'm unwilling to use berries to re-EV train it, but I do know that it has a lot of HP and Def EV's, and it has worked just fine for me being able to switch into most non-super-effective physical attacks, so I don't feel the need to rebreed it either.)
~ Close Combat
~ Brave Bird
~ U-turn
~ Quick Attack

Kills so much stuff.

Roserade @ Choice Specs
Gentle Nature (+Sp. Def, -Def)
Trait: Natural Cure
EV's: 252 Spd // 252 Sp. Atk // 6 Sp. Def
~ Shadow Ball
~ Energy Ball
~ Sludge Bomb
~ Growth

Weather Ball will definitely be going over Growth (it was holding Life Orb previously). I will probably rebreed for Leaf Storm sometime, but I'm using this one because a close friend gave it to me (explaining no egg moves and the nature), and it is thus somewhat meaningful to me. ^_^ It's not bad at all.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
Trait: Heatproof
EV's: 252 HP // 46 Def // 212 Sp. Def
~ Gyro Ball
~ Trick Room
~ Rest
~ Stealth Rock

Yay Trick Room. I'm contemplating putting Hypnosis or Sleep Talk over Trick Room, but the latter helps if I need to switch in Slowbro for a quick KO on something like Garchomp. You may be wondering why I have Heatproof; I have several reasons. 1) I caught it in the wild and liked its IV's, but it had Heatproof. 2) People ALWAYS expect Bronzong to have Levitate, so they try to use Fire-type moves to take it down. This fails (to an extent) because of Heatproof. It's kind of like a pre-emptive prediction on my part, I guess you could say. Of course, when they think and eventually use Earthquake or some other such similar move, it's screwed, but the initial surprise factor is funny to watch. The EV's are tailored so that it has equal Def and Sp. Def at Lv. 100.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
Trait: Own Tempo
EV's: 212 HP // 252 Def // 46 Sp. Atk
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Slack Off
~ Calm Mind

Oh yes. This thing has won me entire battles before. Once it gets set up it's virtually unstoppable. Relaxed again because I liked the IV's and the ability (Oblivious pales in comparison), but it actually goes well with Bronzong's Trick Room.

Aerodactyl @ Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)
Trait: Pressure
EV's: 6 HP // 252 Atk // 252 Spd
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ Ice Fang
~ Crunch

Faster than ANYTHING out there, even other Choice Scarfers. Only falls to Ice Shard and the like. Ice Fang for Garchomp/Salamence/Gliscor and friends.

Infernape @ Focus Sash
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
Trait: Blaze
EV's: 6 HP // 252 Sp. Atk // 252 Spd
~ Flamethrower
~ Taunt
~ Nasty Plot
~ Focus Blast

It's almost funny how bad this guy's IV's are, but he still works. Taunt is immensely helpful against stuff like Blissey, and after a few Nasty Plots hardly anything can stand in its way. Focus Blast hurts...when it hits. Focus Sash allows it to switch into things and get a Blaze boost right away (or Nasty Plot and then get the Blaze boost).

Final notes: This team was suggested to me by a close friend after I gave her a list of all my EV trained Pokemon. It seems to work out pretty well. Either of you gurus may rate/analyze it. I don't think I need advice though. And by the way, this is strictly for Single battles. Thanks.
