I have been hacked as some of you know so I want to help people so they don't get hacked so I am gonna post some tips.
Feel free to post tips here and I will add them up.

-Change your passwords from time to time and keep numbers/letters in them. And don't choose obvious ones.
-Always make sure you have FireWall on and some type of VirusScanner
-Change your IP every once and a while.
How To:

Start
> Run
>> CMD
>>> ipconfig /release {And than press enter}
>>> ipconfig /renew {And than press enter}

Feel free to post other tips or point something wrong out if I made a mistake.
A lot of ISPs don't like it when you change your IP.
I have done it a couple times.
It isn't that bad is it?
Who cares if they don't like it or not anyway? I say that's too bad for them.
I really don't want to be noisey, but how did Togepi got banned? I missed everything.
Someone hacked his account.
That stinks... I guess it just it goes to show we all need to do our part to prevent hacking.

I don't understand why you guys can't restore him? Can Paul restore him. I have a program activity, If someone tries to hack my account, a virus will reflect to hit their computer. Like I said before, "I am too cool to be banned."
And is that a prime reason to "ban" him? I think he should just go under a completely new handle.
He's using Togepi1 right now, don't worry guys, he still has an account~

His main account should be restored after we make sure it's not hackable.
