I have created a guide for Pokemon Evolution methods.
I can never remember which Pokemon evolve in certain ways any more, and the methods are now so numerous and varied, this might help.
It also includes what I call "unevolution breeding" methods - which currently involve either the use of various incenses or in the case of Manaphy, breeding with a Ditto to get an otherwise unobtainable species.
