We are SICK of all these crap RPGs. And when I say "we", I mean those PRGers that feel the same way that I'm about to explain.

"ZOMG Arceus is COminG to EArth! SaVE us!! !11!1"

"Darkrai iz goingg 2 LosE his poweHs! 1! !

... etc., etc., etc..

Also, when the creators found out they failed, they create ANOTHER crap RPG hoping it'll do better, just with simple altering of the n00b-ish plot. Then repeat, repeat, repeat.
I'd say there are at least 2 pages worth of n00b crap.

These fakes are pushing me further away from RPing here, and I don't like that. I want to see some creative ones now. A creative story, with a twist or reality, and actual intelligence, etc.

I'm not saying Shuri isn't doing her job; shes doing perfectly.

I'm am saying that those n00bs out there will have to learn to get creative and use common sense, or break their fingers so they can't type crap all over again.

OR...

RPGs could be approved by mods/admins, proving that they are perfectly worthy of being called an RPG. That way, they are looked over for plot and sign-ups and such, before they make it into sight.

I'd also like to see better RPGs AND better PRGers out there.

Please reply with your opinions, and it would be very nice to know that admins/mods take this into consideration.

Also, I have now created HUGE userbars to show support. Huge on purpose. =]

Always transparent, lower quality:

Not tranparent on some computers, higher quality and drop-shadow:

And last, but NOT least, the RULES.

The Old and Current.
The New and Current.
A change would be good.
I especially like the part about RPG's being approved by a mod/admin. >3
I keep seeing too many Pokémon Mystery Dungeon RPGs too...

Also, the applications for the RPs aren't so good for most either; they're too brief and hard to understand IMO.

But I TOTALLY agree with you, TF[I]; the plots in most RPGs are getting too clichéd for my liking, and the posts are often too brief. What are these RPG's, an alternative to a chat room?

Also, there're too many that last about 5 pages before the creator makes a new RPG similar to the one they just made. It's ridiculous! Not to mention a waste of space IMO.

Thanks, guys; I appreciate it.

I will also be attempting to make a sig add-on for the cause.
I'd be willing to make plot approvals.

Here's an idea:

Maybe MMC could make a Role Play sign up thread like some other forums.

Advantages of this:

*The main roleplaying thread won't be spammed up with threads that never get past three posts.

*It'll be easier to find roleplays that just began.

*There won't be a bunch of n00bs posting 20 pages in the actual roleplay going 'ZOMG CAN I JOIN'.

EDIT: And, If I get permission, I can make some rules like the following:

Number of active roleplay per member limit.

Maybe a rule limiting roleplays with similar plot.
Exactly, Shuri. Thank you.
Lol, you should know; your the mod.

BTW, I made sure to tell you that you weren't at fault. ;]

They might do that anyway, but I don't see the harm in a separate forum for RPG sign ups anyway ^.^

Yesh. ^^ I read it.

Do you want me to go ask PokeJungle about it?

Also, would thou like me to see if I could add some of the rules I editted my earlier post with?

Edit: LC: Yeah, I know...but still. It might become a little less likely...

Can't argue with that one...

Maybe the RolePlaying Castle should have the RPG sign up thingy as a sub forum for the RPG castle itself.

It's worth a try anyway ^.^

If they do that, their posts could be deleted in accordance to the rules saying so.

I have a few ideas:

*There could be two separate roleplay sections. One for newbs and n00bs, and another for experienced roleplayers.

*Roleplayers could get a 'roleplayers license' in order to access the Experienced roleplayers forum. Though, we wouldn't need this if all roleplays were to be checked by a mod or admin.

*To get a license:
1. the roleplayer could take a test.
2. the roleplayer can be accepted by a mod due to being noticed as a good roleplayer in the roleplays that they have joined.
3. The roleplayer can show a mod examples of their talent by showing them roleplays that they have created/been a part of.

*different sections for discussion, sign ups, and the RP itself.
