Yes, every pokemon is in it I believe, but I'm not so sure about Arceus. LoL. But, yeah, it looks good.
Shaymin and Arceus aren't in it, I believe, as they have not been officially revealed. But, as far as I know, everything else is obtainable between the two games (there are version exclusives I think).
In all honesty, this has been known about for ages now, Bulbapedia and Serebii.net both have a fair bit of info on both games If you wanna learn more you should check out their sections on the two games.
