I think you should PM an admin about it and wait for them to come online so they can accept you.
That's honestly the best thing to do, since The Hunk isn't that active anymore.

You just send them a PM and wait for that admin to come online so they can get the PM.
It really depends on what their situation is off of MMC, really.
