This guide will help you set up your Wi-Fi connection on your DS. Any questions you have just PM them to me.
/Note: this explains how to connect to Wi-Fi via wireless router. If you do not have a router, try to get a USB connector/
1. On your DS (supposedly Diamond or Pearl) find the Wi-fi options. Once you go to the options, tap Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings. Then, select the connection you want to change or connect to your Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. If you use a connection make sure you have a wireless router.
2. Once you are at a connection select Search for an Access Point. (If anyone can tell me what AOSS is, I would appreciate it.)
3.Once the search is complete, hopefully you will see some access points. Next to them are locks. If you have a red lock, you need a WEP key which can be found on your routers settings, a blue lock means that no WEP key is required, and a gray lock means you can't connect to that access point.
4. Once you have selected your access point (and maybe have set up a WEP key) save your settings and go back until you are at the first screen.
5. Tap Options, then System Information. Copy the MAC address on the DS on a peice of paper.
(Note: you can only do this next step if you have access to your wireless router's settings)
6.On your wireless routers settings, type in the MAC address where you make it so the wireless router can recognize the DS and save it.
7. Start a connection test to make sure it's working. If not, look back at the settings you inputted and edit them.
I hope this helps! If I missed anything else, please let me know! (sorry if it's complicated and/or long)

.... If I changed to WPA would it make any difference to computer security? Also, my sister's got a computer too, would she need to change to WEP aswell? I'll just wait for a WPA-transferring guide. :-)![[Image: HelpScreenie.png]](http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c12/CoolDude10101/HelpScreenie.png)
