Arceus is not legit. If you see an Arceus it is hacked. There has been no arceus event. I think he used an action replay, because he said they could all be holding rare candy, and i have ARd 999 rare candys, he said any TM, i have ARd all TMs.

But ill take the celibi and jirachi and latias and latios.
