Greatings all Smeargle Perticipating members, welcome to the first Addition of Smeargle's Weekly Script, where we will be giving ourselfs to you for as long as we can with information on the oekakiers and the Oekakies they thrive in along with bonus material and Pages from our very members! We are going to be a four year old oekaki in only a few short months, and that is usualy the judgement time for many an Oekaki to show it's survival abilities for years to come.Marccello,Shi-Cyan,Potatoe and Ranma's original oekaki has grown so wonderfuly into a amazing program for all Artists to collaberate in a world beyond all others.. With the last intsalation being in 1999, this program was droped by their owners once they no longer had use for it, but in this end, many of artists did not give up thair abilities in this new program. So the endevers of Oekaki Continued for many of them as they where crowned with first Adminship of Blue Ray...
Several year's have passed since that day and the Oekaki program has aided and trained new and old Artists alike into the new world of programs and endulging on ideas before placing it to a real canvas. As such when the day arises that we become four years old, it is a momentus occation, for that is the age Blue Ray Oekaki was when Ranma and the group left it to their Testers. And as such me and Paul may not leave, but the day will be spent leaving you to your own Devices in rememberance for the great heros of Oekaki. You are smeargle's testers, and have always been, but instead of just knowing that, you've made a community outside of Mtmoon that doesint even relate to the forum anymore, though that is not exactly a plus we do feel the family bond in this Oekaki and wish for it to stay in combination with our own.. As such we will honor the first ever oekaki Testers, and wish you all the best in November..
Before this day, we have some updates to work on, and one of these are the rules, in this Weekly issue, we focus on The Rule Change, and hope to aid you in any questions you have, or resolve it through the informaiton below.
The rules will be changing to one that is more suitable to the Oekaki of Smeargles Playground & Canvas, in this issue we would like to tell you that Upload access is a Privilage. And one way these rules will be changed, is that the first bannation wont only be a bannation, but when you return a week later, your Upload access will be removed till you earn it, so please be careful.
You may also notice that the Safetly Archives in Playground are slowly Decreasing, and the reason for this is that any Safetly Saves that have not been updated or worked on in the past 5 to 10 days will Be removed unless told otherwise " Such as: your on vacation, family trouble arises Ect."
And time will be raising for both oekakies due to the removal of spam and or Artwork that artists didint worry about the time. You wont be banned for undertimed drawings till it reaches 5 Drawings, but please respect the time given, or els the new times will never change. We just want everyone to enjoy artwork in it's most passioniate form, Peacful and Patiently designing a Still life image or imagenary depictions with the best details and experiance you have to offer your canvas to make not only a better image but a more relaxed and fullfilled you.

16 + Minutes Safetly Save
20+ For finished pieces
Canvas
35+ Minutes Safetly Save
40+ For finished Pieces
Any drawings under these time limites by the smallest ten seconds will be deleted. If it's 19.50 seconds or 34.45 seconds it will pass under the radar but anything lower is liable for removal apon a Administrators Request. We hate deleting drawings so please do not draw till you know how much time you can give the piece at one given time.
In addition we would also like to add the rule that no photos of yourselfs, pets, friends or landmarks are to be posted, being that we are alowing people to post links from Deviantart.com to Smeargles Canvas and Playground, it would be best to keep the photography there where it professionaly belongs. A photograph upload will be treated the same as a Undertimed Drawing and Deleted imidiately.
"Due to the danger of Posting your photo online and the risk of that pet being removed from your household if the picture looks inadiquate, we do insist you not post these types of pictures, but if you must please take warning to the fact Animal controle is watching for sores and scraches on the pet, and Pedofiles lurk Deviantart to no end."
Other rules we are adding are Collabs must be done on Collab acounts Specialy made for use with Collaberations of two,Three or four members, for it's not only a risk to your Reputation by giving others your password, but a risk to our dear community from hackers and loophole diggers. To obtain these, O-mail our active Administrators KellyLove, ToxiCroak and FreeNaure. The collab names are :

Passwords to each Acount will change weekly or till the artistians finish a Collabrated asignment. One collab acount can be held by two,Three or four members for up to 3 weeks, if you have not finished the piece on a Collab acount your new Password will be given right after we are notified of such a instance.
All Collaberated attemps and asignments are to be done on Smeargle's Canvas oekaki and may be used in specialized Collabrative Contests.
The Final added rule we know of at this time is that Advertisments of anything other then Deviantart, MtMoon forums and The oekaki itself is Prohibited, and the drawing will be deleted or comment removed. Not because it is unsafe, for it's compleatly harmless to you, but it's harmful to the oekakies Population and that of Pokejungle.net, which is in fact our Spinnerak's Web domain. Not only does youtube plague our bandwiths, but Other oekaki Advertisments and forums for that matter will lessen our numbers greatly on a case to case basis. Such as if Seribbi is shared with us, They will not only jump on Smeargles and try to Jack our Oekaki, but many MtMoon members will hunt out new tarratory, harming Seribbi if they are up to no good, or Removing our Reputation entirly. The Same goes for Pokecommunity and us, do not post other oekakies and Forums not for your safty alone but for the survival of our groups.
We are still contemplating the removal of some of our past rules that don't hold true to the times of now, so though we are adding rules we will be removing or combining other rules to aid in rememberance of all these guidelines that can sometimes confuse our younger or less experianced members.

While other forums and Oekakies fear the responsabilities of notifying members on the basis of why someone was Banned, Warned or otherwise removed of normal Privilages. Smeargle's Playground & Canvas welcome such actions to help those banned to know what they did, help other members know what not to do, and how patient we are in laying such judgment to a Oekakier of danger.
To begin we will be Active in this first issue and show resently Banned members due to very important rule breaking and emotional harm to other Oekakiers. These are the fugitives of harm to Smeargles and possable Danger to other oekakies.:

Originaly known as Msr. Awesome, Lite was banned after intervierance in the Communication with Radicle Group "raves" For spamming smeargle's Canvas with sexualy disrespectful artwork. Later found to be one of the planners of the attack, Mrs.awesome was banned till further notice.
* On 2-7-08 at 2:43AM, A long investigation by Samus was compleated apon the basic and reasonable Fact's that indeed, Ds Lite was the return of Mrs.Awesome. The actions of this oekakier and styling experiance was percisly the same and as such we watched patiantly for her to slip up.. Later that month Alliekat97 aided in the removal of Lite's IP adress from our servers, and the Bannation of Lite was soon followed once a administrator of Ip privlages was notified. In this Bannation DS Lite was banned for her passed and resent Iresponsable activities listed below :

Posting Sexual Artcles
Disrespecting Fellow companions

The Reason for her high risk is that wherever you see her, FreakyFred, Rave, Pwnsome, Best Artist and Pervs are soon to follow, This group has been known for taking down or leading to the removal of 23 oekakies on the net, though we have survived this attack, if you belong to other oekakies or are a Oekaki Creator, be forwarned that they attack from the heart by befriending one artist in your community, makeing them cause trouble and Spamming on a counterpart oekaki " Sketch or advanced" while you are distracted with a formaly loyal companions disrespect.
of this group DS lite has been known to switch names, but never her additude, she had been found as 32 members of Smeargle's Playground and Canvas by the time her raid of Mastership was over, now that it is, those names and her computer are never welcome, and thusly have been banned from 87 of 128 known oekakies of the English Language. Some other names are Kumino and Feverkitty, found in other oekakies that soon egknowleged her to be Mrs.Awesome as well.
We believe the only truth in this member is her age due to the fact she has never changed her additude, or proved why she does what she has. Many times she doesint even remember what she does and the reason for these actions is purly Popularity. Which older more Mature and Experianced members would know is impossable with Disrespect and unreasonable arguements.
If found we advise to Ban her AS soon as humanly possable! Again she is with the radicle Group "Rave" One of the building spam Groups againced oekaki alliances of pokemon and other cartoon creations. The group has been at this for 18 months, and though they have been found to be a cause of 23 oekakies being removed, they are suspecrs in 41 others, do not take any chances.

Found in another Oekaki she became a close Companion in the younger catagory to a one FreeNature, in her own early years before the creation of Smeargle's. AS time progressed she brought Smeargle's Canvas & Playground some of it's most assteamed members, from helping to bring Cowrie in, to leading a very dear friend " Kurui" right into our mits. Life seemed wonderful and a long friendship was all but possitive, then in the short term of the Oekakies Therd year, AllieKat97 Pressented a problem when her ego got the best of her, and sent her into a agressive rage againced Chibiweasel, who is also a questionable member. Shortly after she made her own oekaki and used it againced smeargle's Canvas & Playground, however it happened to be a Mykaki brand oekaki, forcing it into closer the moment she banned her own administrators. onced she arived back into smeargle's She was alright, but under her calm nature a confusing mix was born, and Alliekat97 once again endangered the oekaki by bringing a bully in by the name of DS lite, later to be notified it was indeed Mrs.Awesome, the smallest member in the Rave Group. It is not known if she was a member of Rave persay.. But her close contact with that of DS lite and fearless endevers againced FreakyFred brought us to believe they where companions in some instances.
FreeNature is known to be Friends with FReakfred, but in his "break" time, outside of that Freakyfred is the second in command to the Rave group.
Persistant in her knowledge, Allykat97 later came back with a younger sibling, and apon the younger one's entrance into the oekaki with the comment " Tell me what you really think" Fearsona brought a somewhat blunt critique that the Fill tool is not to be used in her mannor. FreeNature Second the critique, but explained what it could be used for. And before Allie's sister could reply, Alliekat97 attacked Fearsona on the oekaki and in Personal Messaging, later she Messaged FreeNature to punish Fearsona, and whent back to seek revange. This action was uncalled for and due to her break of rule and rights in the Oekaki over 50 times, we finaly felt little remorse to release Smeargle's from Alliekat97's bind.. We cared for her dearly but in turn the risk was to great for the oekaki to continue such a onslaut of attacks to it's members on a personal level. In turn we know that Dolphin will come back for her own Revange to The oekaki in name of alliekat97, but we have banned her before and are willing to bann her Schools computers if the need arises.
Though her risk to the oekaki is low, that is only because she Befriended FreeNature long ago, and her strategy is very clear. It's easy to know her moves early as well, because hints can be found in her most resent drawings through expression.
But As a warning to all members, if you see anybody named Dolphin in the chatroom or roming Smeargle's Canvas & Playground oekakies, Report her Apearance the moment you can. Alliekat97 may not be a danger but Dolphin is a strange friend of Allykat97's and has tried taking the oekaki down in the past by saying bad things about us to Suto Raito oekakies and Bulbgarden, forcing their members to seek and attack any and all Smeargle accosiated members. We do not believe they are friends anymore, but Fire lugia was not a companion for awhile, and now Allykat97 has Fire Lugia listed as a "BEst friend".. Anything is possable if Dolphin stay's to long, Removal is IP Bannation or Virus pennitration. In this case, the same can go for Blu3, Tiggress and sadly Bangal57 for their past attacks from suto raito.
Wonderfuly these are all of the banned members in july, we hope it's a sign of better days to Smeargle's Canvas and Playground, but with each new harizon is a dark cloud, so we'll keep on our feet as long as your willing to aid us through reports. While on the subject of reports, thank you for telling us all that you have so far, without your help we would have been flooded back in April, and though it was still rough, we didint die! So Thank you Very very much.

For those that are new to us or can't quite figure it out, to Report The AOAS " Association Of Administration Security" Make a Personal Message Entitled " Report" Or a part of the problem in question on the header, then write as much of a detailed discription on the problem as possable, time of day, which oekaki,who they are, what they said in their comment, a Link to the drawing and if they have spammed the Chatroom is the most helpful of all information. But others are welcome as well. Then copy it, and send the first one to the Administrator most resently active in the oekaki. After that paste it to another message and send it to the second active. Schools going to start soon, and for the older ones this is pretty much normal, but for those a little younger, remembering your schooling three months after the last lesson is very hard, and we hope to rewire some of your lessons. People can bring in Problems they need help in and we'll send it back to you through this in a way that everyone can learn it and study the solved tests, after school begins these tests will not aid in solving the problems, but nudge you to a possable answer. This way no one cheats and everyone wins! Most of the time it will be older ones answering back, but we'll be sure to post a age range so that you'll know if it's something you'll need in the next grade... Maybe get a head start? Math problems are fun once you learn it, all it takes is practice, just like the oekaki took practice for you to draw.

We are going to be a four year old oekaki in only a few short months, and that is usualy the judgement time for many an Oekaki to show it's survival abilities for years to come.Marccello,Shi-Cyan,Potatoe and Ranma's original oekaki has grown so wonderfuly into a amazing program for all Artists to collaberate in a world beyond all others.. With the last intsalation being in 1999, this program was droped by their owners once they no longer had use for it, but in this end, many of artists did not give up thair abilities in this new program. So the endevers of Oekaki Continued for many of them as they where crowned with first Adminship of Blue Ray...
Several year's have passed since that day and the Oekaki program has aided and trained new and old Artists alike into the new world of programs and endulging on ideas before placing it to a real canvas. As such when the day arises that we become four years old, it is a momentus occation, for that is the age Blue Ray Oekaki was when Ranma and the group left it to their Testers. And as such me and Paul may not leave, but the day will be spent leaving you to your own Devices in rememberance for the great heros of Oekaki. You are smeargle's testers, and have always been, but instead of just knowing that, you've made a community outside of Mtmoon that doesint even relate to the forum anymore, though that is not exactly a plus we do feel the family bond in this Oekaki and wish for it to stay in combination with our own.. As such we will honor the first ever oekaki Testers, and wish you all the best in November..
Before this day, we have some updates to work on, and one of these are the rules, in this Weekly issue, we focus on The Rule Change, and hope to aid you in any questions you have, or resolve it through the informaiton below.
The rules will be changing to one that is more suitable to the Oekaki of Smeargles Playground & Canvas, in this issue we would like to tell you that Upload access is a Privilage. And one way these rules will be changed, is that the first bannation wont only be a bannation, but when you return a week later, your Upload access will be removed till you earn it, so please be careful.
You may also notice that the Safetly Archives in Playground are slowly Decreasing, and the reason for this is that any Safetly Saves that have not been updated or worked on in the past 5 to 10 days will Be removed unless told otherwise " Such as: your on vacation, family trouble arises Ect."
And time will be raising for both oekakies due to the removal of spam and or Artwork that artists didint worry about the time. You wont be banned for undertimed drawings till it reaches 5 Drawings, but please respect the time given, or els the new times will never change. We just want everyone to enjoy artwork in it's most passioniate form, Peacful and Patiently designing a Still life image or imagenary depictions with the best details and experiance you have to offer your canvas to make not only a better image but a more relaxed and fullfilled you.

20+ For finished pieces

35+ Minutes Safetly Save
40+ For finished Pieces
Any drawings under these time limites by the smallest ten seconds will be deleted. If it's 19.50 seconds or 34.45 seconds it will pass under the radar but anything lower is liable for removal apon a Administrators Request. We hate deleting drawings so please do not draw till you know how much time you can give the piece at one given time.
In addition we would also like to add the rule that no photos of yourselfs, pets, friends or landmarks are to be posted, being that we are alowing people to post links from Deviantart.com to Smeargles Canvas and Playground, it would be best to keep the photography there where it professionaly belongs. A photograph upload will be treated the same as a Undertimed Drawing and Deleted imidiately.
"Due to the danger of Posting your photo online and the risk of that pet being removed from your household if the picture looks inadiquate, we do insist you not post these types of pictures, but if you must please take warning to the fact Animal controle is watching for sores and scraches on the pet, and Pedofiles lurk Deviantart to no end."
Other rules we are adding are Collabs must be done on Collab acounts Specialy made for use with Collaberations of two,Three or four members, for it's not only a risk to your Reputation by giving others your password, but a risk to our dear community from hackers and loophole diggers. To obtain these, O-mail our active Administrators KellyLove, ToxiCroak and FreeNaure. The collab names are :

Passwords to each Acount will change weekly or till the artistians finish a Collabrated asignment. One collab acount can be held by two,Three or four members for up to 3 weeks, if you have not finished the piece on a Collab acount your new Password will be given right after we are notified of such a instance.
All Collaberated attemps and asignments are to be done on Smeargle's Canvas oekaki and may be used in specialized Collabrative Contests.
The Final added rule we know of at this time is that Advertisments of anything other then Deviantart, MtMoon forums and The oekaki itself is Prohibited, and the drawing will be deleted or comment removed. Not because it is unsafe, for it's compleatly harmless to you, but it's harmful to the oekakies Population and that of Pokejungle.net, which is in fact our Spinnerak's Web domain. Not only does youtube plague our bandwiths, but Other oekaki Advertisments and forums for that matter will lessen our numbers greatly on a case to case basis. Such as if Seribbi is shared with us, They will not only jump on Smeargles and try to Jack our Oekaki, but many MtMoon members will hunt out new tarratory, harming Seribbi if they are up to no good, or Removing our Reputation entirly. The Same goes for Pokecommunity and us, do not post other oekakies and Forums not for your safty alone but for the survival of our groups.
We are still contemplating the removal of some of our past rules that don't hold true to the times of now, so though we are adding rules we will be removing or combining other rules to aid in rememberance of all these guidelines that can sometimes confuse our younger or less experianced members.

Smeargle's Playground & Canvas welcome such actions to help those banned to know what they did, help other members know what not to do, and how patient we are in laying such judgment to a Oekakier of danger.

Originaly known as Msr. Awesome, Lite was banned after intervierance in the Communication with Radicle Group "raves" For spamming smeargle's Canvas with sexualy disrespectful artwork. Later found to be one of the planners of the attack, Mrs.awesome was banned till further notice.
* On 2-7-08 at 2:43AM, A long investigation by Samus was compleated apon the basic and reasonable Fact's that indeed, Ds Lite was the return of Mrs.Awesome. The actions of this oekakier and styling experiance was percisly the same and as such we watched patiantly for her to slip up.. Later that month Alliekat97 aided in the removal of Lite's IP adress from our servers, and the Bannation of Lite was soon followed once a administrator of Ip privlages was notified. In this Bannation DS Lite was banned for her passed and resent Iresponsable activities listed below :

The Reason for her high risk is that wherever you see her, FreakyFred, Rave, Pwnsome, Best Artist and Pervs are soon to follow, This group has been known for taking down or leading to the removal of 23 oekakies on the net, though we have survived this attack, if you belong to other oekakies or are a Oekaki Creator, be forwarned that they attack from the heart by befriending one artist in your community, makeing them cause trouble and Spamming on a counterpart oekaki " Sketch or advanced" while you are distracted with a formaly loyal companions disrespect.
of this group DS lite has been known to switch names, but never her additude, she had been found as 32 members of Smeargle's Playground and Canvas by the time her raid of Mastership was over, now that it is, those names and her computer are never welcome, and thusly have been banned from 87 of 128 known oekakies of the English Language. Some other names are Kumino and Feverkitty, found in other oekakies that soon egknowleged her to be Mrs.Awesome as well.
We believe the only truth in this member is her age due to the fact she has never changed her additude, or proved why she does what she has. Many times she doesint even remember what she does and the reason for these actions is purly Popularity. Which older more Mature and Experianced members would know is impossable with Disrespect and unreasonable arguements.
If found we advise to Ban her AS soon as humanly possable! Again she is with the radicle Group "Rave" One of the building spam Groups againced oekaki alliances of pokemon and other cartoon creations. The group has been at this for 18 months, and though they have been found to be a cause of 23 oekakies being removed, they are suspecrs in 41 others, do not take any chances.

Found in another Oekaki she became a close Companion in the younger catagory to a one FreeNature, in her own early years before the creation of Smeargle's. AS time progressed she brought Smeargle's Canvas & Playground some of it's most assteamed members, from helping to bring Cowrie in, to leading a very dear friend " Kurui" right into our mits. Life seemed wonderful and a long friendship was all but possitive, then in the short term of the Oekakies Therd year, AllieKat97 Pressented a problem when her ego got the best of her, and sent her into a agressive rage againced Chibiweasel, who is also a questionable member. Shortly after she made her own oekaki and used it againced smeargle's Canvas & Playground, however it happened to be a Mykaki brand oekaki, forcing it into closer the moment she banned her own administrators. onced she arived back into smeargle's She was alright, but under her calm nature a confusing mix was born, and Alliekat97 once again endangered the oekaki by bringing a bully in by the name of DS lite, later to be notified it was indeed Mrs.Awesome, the smallest member in the Rave Group. It is not known if she was a member of Rave persay.. But her close contact with that of DS lite and fearless endevers againced FreakyFred brought us to believe they where companions in some instances.
FreeNature is known to be Friends with FReakfred, but in his "break" time, outside of that Freakyfred is the second in command to the Rave group.
Persistant in her knowledge, Allykat97 later came back with a younger sibling, and apon the younger one's entrance into the oekaki with the comment " Tell me what you really think" Fearsona brought a somewhat blunt critique that the Fill tool is not to be used in her mannor. FreeNature Second the critique, but explained what it could be used for. And before Allie's sister could reply, Alliekat97 attacked Fearsona on the oekaki and in Personal Messaging, later she Messaged FreeNature to punish Fearsona, and whent back to seek revange. This action was uncalled for and due to her break of rule and rights in the Oekaki over 50 times, we finaly felt little remorse to release Smeargle's from Alliekat97's bind.. We cared for her dearly but in turn the risk was to great for the oekaki to continue such a onslaut of attacks to it's members on a personal level. In turn we know that Dolphin will come back for her own Revange to The oekaki in name of alliekat97, but we have banned her before and are willing to bann her Schools computers if the need arises.
Though her risk to the oekaki is low, that is only because she Befriended FreeNature long ago, and her strategy is very clear. It's easy to know her moves early as well, because hints can be found in her most resent drawings through expression.
But As a warning to all members, if you see anybody named Dolphin in the chatroom or roming Smeargle's Canvas & Playground oekakies, Report her Apearance the moment you can. Alliekat97 may not be a danger but Dolphin is a strange friend of Allykat97's and has tried taking the oekaki down in the past by saying bad things about us to Suto Raito oekakies and Bulbgarden, forcing their members to seek and attack any and all Smeargle accosiated members. We do not believe they are friends anymore, but Fire lugia was not a companion for awhile, and now Allykat97 has Fire Lugia listed as a "BEst friend".. Anything is possable if Dolphin stay's to long, Removal is IP Bannation or Virus pennitration. In this case, the same can go for Blu3, Tiggress and sadly Bangal57 for their past attacks from suto raito.
Wonderfuly these are all of the banned members in july, we hope it's a sign of better days to Smeargle's Canvas and Playground, but with each new harizon is a dark cloud, so we'll keep on our feet as long as your willing to aid us through reports. While on the subject of reports, thank you for telling us all that you have so far, without your help we would have been flooded back in April, and though it was still rough, we didint die! So Thank you Very very much.

For those that are new to us or can't quite figure it out, to Report The AOAS " Association Of Administration Security" Make a Personal Message Entitled " Report" Or a part of the problem in question on the header, then write as much of a detailed discription on the problem as possable, time of day, which oekaki,who they are, what they said in their comment, a Link to the drawing and if they have spammed the Chatroom is the most helpful of all information. Schools going to start soon, and for the older ones this is pretty much normal, but for those a little younger, remembering your schooling three months after the last lesson is very hard, and we hope to rewire some of your lessons. People can bring in Problems they need help in and we'll send it back to you through this in a way that everyone can learn it and study the solved tests, after school begins these tests will not aid in solving the problems, but nudge you to a possable answer. This way no one cheats and everyone wins! Most of the time it will be older ones answering back, but we'll be sure to post a age range so that you'll know if it's something you'll need in the next grade... Maybe get a head start? Math problems are fun once you learn it, all it takes is practice, just like the oekaki took practice for you to draw.
