Do you think Lucario will be a legendary? A lot of things have been happened which might yield this forever figured fact to be false. How do you feel the Lucario situation may work out?

Serebii.net says Lucario might have a pre-evo,which might mean he won't be a legenday. Although that isn't 100% true.

I was really sure that Lucario would be a legendary because it had a whole movie based around it... but now it kinda seems like it won't be cos of the unconfirmed info (pre-evo, number #113 etc.).

i think it could be a obtainable pokemon event pokemon... *just a thought.

My sources say he's #113, making him non-legendary.

Exactly why he shouldn't.
Cool Legendaries = Overated = Overliked = Inferior to non-legendaries.

Personally I think it would be interesting if he WAS a legendary with a pre evo. It would be even more interesting if they created a big story on why he has one, then again, maybe D/P DO have a story for Lucario.

That's just me though.

Riolu can evolve into Lucario so it isn't a legendary
