Latios joins Pokémon UNITE for the fourth anniversary

Pokémon UNITE celebrates its fourth anniversary starting Friday, July 18, 2025, with new Unite licenses, special missions, and the Anniversary Cake Challenge!

Among the highlights is the arrival of Latios, a Legendary Ranged Attacker with the Levitate Ability, which briefly boosts movement speed after using a move. Latios’s powerful attacks include a charging pulse that resets cooldowns and can stack with Latias for additional damage.

From July 18 at 12:00 a.m. PDT to August 7 at 4:59 p.m. PDT, Trainers can collect Latios’s Unite license by participating in a special board game-style event: roll a die daily, complete missions on the tiles you land on, and collect coins to exchange for the license.
