Why play a new game when you can play an older one over and over? :p

I am currently playing pokemon Platinum and plan to do HG/SS and White in that order. I loooooove the DS era and it's been such a long time since I have played them.

On Platinum I have:

Togetic lvl 31
Roselia lvl 33
Heat Rotom lvl 33
Leafeon lvl 33
Prinplup lvl 35

I am curious to what you all are playing. :)

Pokemon Platinum is a cool game, but I remember always having trouble building a team in it because most of the Pokemon I like best are there very late, so I went with just Infernape and Staraptor for a very long time the first time 😁

I mostly go back to the 2nd and 3rd generation games. Crystal, Emerald and FireRed are my favourites. Every time I try to change something in the team, sometimes I even pick some dags 😆

All in all, the old Pokemon games are so good that you can go back to them again and again.

I’ve been playing Blue lately!

For all the years I’ve played Pokémon I’ve never actually completed a Pokédex, so I’ve set out to complete my Pokédex in Pokémon Red. I’ve gotten as far as I can in Red and now need to beat Blue to catch the remaining ones.

I’m at about ~125/151 right now.

Currently playing through Pokémon Red & Blue on a stream every Saturday with my community on Twitch! The goal of the playthrough is to create a living-dex of all 151 Pokémon, on original hardware.

I'm using my original GameCube console with a Game Boy player, my childhood copy of Pokémon Blue from 2001, and a copy of Red I purchased for this specific playthrough from a friend, from her childhood.

Each Pokémon will be named after a friend, acquaintance, or someone involved in Pokémon who has had an impact on me and my love of Pokémon through the years. Once i'm done with it, I plan to retire the games. I will back up the data to my PC where I will always have a record of the playthrough.

I think I played Pokemon Cafe Remix recently. Haven't really touched main series in a while ngl.

Recently, I’ve been replaying all the Pokémon titles on Switch because I’m on a mission to complete the entire Pokédex! Right now, I’m diving back into Pokémon Shield, and I’m in the Max Lair hunting for all the Legendaries from previous generations ✨

There's really no need to do that just for me, but I appreciate all of the support :)
