Share your Gen VII Sitting Cuties shopping list!
With the release of Alolan Pokémon coming to the expansive Sitting Cuties plushie line, I'm curious what everyone's wishlist looks likes! Day 1 purchases Fomantis and Lurantis Pyukumuku Turtonator Kommo-o Blacephalon Future buys Morelull and Shiinotic Toxapex Dedenne Jangmo-o and Hakamo-o Magearna Poipole and Naganadel Sadly, Sitting Cuties get pretty expensive now that they're like $16 😂 If I am able to snag all my top picks it'll be almost $100

Did you pre-order a Nintendo Switch 2?
Curious about what our MMC members have decided about Nintendo's latest console. I think there are a lot of good reasons for people to wait, not least of all because of the price, but the jump in specs and additional features also make it an exciting release. The original Switch is already 8 years old (maybe I'm getting old but it doesn't feel like it's already been eight years, haha) so many people have been waiting for its successor for awhile. Personally, I did end up pre-ordering because I want to be able to cover any Pokémon news for my website. If I wasn't running PokéJungle, I don't know if I would have picked it up immediately. I actually waited to buy the original Switch until LGPE was announced. There's also the downside of pre-ordering that you get the only launch color available and, based on historical trend, we'll probably see a Pokémon version released at some point.

I don't like Scalpers
Hoping we don't see it with the Switch 2 💀

Anime ideas you'd like to see revisited in future Pokémon games
I was looking at stuff and I almost feel like the early seasons were more adventurous about what they'd add. Maybe that's wrong though and I just missed later seasons.

Anime ideas you'd like to see revisited in future Pokémon games
There are some locations and Pokémon lore that have basically remained exclusive to the animated series, so I'm wondering what people would like to see in a future game or even the main idea a game is themed around. The ancient Pokémon from 'The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémopolis' While the 'Dark Device' and absorbing and possessing Pokémon and people is probably too dark for The Pokémon Company to put into a game, it would be cool to see where these Pokémon came from and Poké Ball alternatives that were used to capture them. Pink Pokémon from Pinkan Island in 'In The Pink' So I would be ok with a game of pink Pokémon, but really what I'd like to see is some Pokémon customization with a mechanic that's already been established in the lore: berries! Giant Pokémon Robots from 'Island of the Giant Pokémon' Maybe we got this in a form from Pokéstar studios, but wouldn't it be fun to either have a theme park sim to make your own park of giant robotic Pokémon or be stuck in a malfunctioning park and have to fight your way out? The Baltoy civilization from 'Me, Myself and Time' A Baltoy civilization? Yet another ancient civilization that sounds intriguing. Would love to see ancient Hoenn explored in the future and see what was going on back then. The time-traveling aspect of this episode is kind of seen already in the series with the first Legends game. Ok, your turn! What would you like to see brought into the video games inspired by something in the anime?

What are you listening to?
Feel free to post the latest songs, albums or artists you're listening to here! My main rotation has been Wicked soundtrack, Mayhem by Lady Gaga and some recent singles like End of the World by Miley Cyrus and also whatever's on the top pop list on Apple Music lol

Mt. Moon Suggestion Thread
Yeah, I do like that idea. For some Pokémon-specific things like Switch codes, Pokémon GO codes, maybe I can just have the option to display those in people's author boxes next to their posts for maximum visibility (if people feel comfortable entering that information in publicly)

Technology or trends you miss
On the topic of MSN/AIM, I remember using those programs that let you have all your messaging apps in one lol. I remember using Trillian for awhile, which apparently still exists as a messaging app https://www.trillian.im/

A Nintendo Direct has been announced for March 27
Now that it has wrapped up, I think the new Tomodachi Life and Story of Seasons trailers were the highlight for me — besides the new Z-A footage

Technology or trends you miss
I might be the only one, but there are some things that I really miss that were replaced by new technology or trends. Phones with keyboards I loved my Sidekick 3 in high school. Also had an HTC G1 Android phone with a physical keyboard. Translucent plastic designs Whether it was N64s or iMacs, there was such a fun element to some products with the colored plastic. A lot of stuff today feels almost too utilitarian/sleek/minimal. Zune Probably the least relatable to most people, but I miss my Zune. Maybe others had a favorite MP3 player. Now we just have our phones. Curious to hear if anyone else has any tech or tech trends they miss!
