Streaming of the finals would be great! I think there should be a final two, and that final should be a best of 3 or 5. The preliminary rounds you might want to have every play three opponents and the ones with the best records proceed. If there is a tie in the preliminary rounds, it would get reported as such. No ties in the finals. Same deck should have to be used, especially during the finals. As to avatars, I've tried to upload at least 10 different pics from my phone and the file size always says too large, even when I compress it. I'm thinking this is a me problem, and that I may have more luck if I log on to the computer. Again, massive thanks to all involved in this!
