Pokémon games have featured many evil (or not so evil) teams that the protagonist must stand up to during their journey — today we're wondering if you have a favorite among them! And no, we won't assume you share their ideals just because you like them 😉

Personally, for aesthetic reasons, I like Team Magma and Team Plasma the most. The outfits for both teams (and both versions of Plasma) are just fun and I used to want to get a cosplay outfit together to be a Team Magma grunt. I also won a Nintendo Power (remember that magazine??) for a Team Magma t-shirt back when Gen III was out.

Team Rocket TRio, of course, but if we’re talking just the games I’ve always been a Team Magma person.

Team Skull I have sympathy for and I love their look aesthetically.

Team Aqua/Magma are pretty solid.

Team Rocket came in first place. They have that classic mafia vibe and the best, most dapper leader. Their concept is simple, but that’s what makes it so distinctive. And they created Mewtwo.

I’d put Team Skull in second place because they’re such a bunch of rascals.

The rest of the teams are largely ideological, which makes me less fond of them. As for Team Yell and Team Star, it’s actually hard to say what they’re all about.

That’s why it’s the old-school mafia, Team Rocket ;)

I like Team Rocket because they were the starting point for all of the antagonists, and though their goals aren't as solid as the other teams, you can't help but enjoy their more basic concept and style. Also, the Team Rocket trio holds a place in my heart that just can't be broken ;).

My favorite Pokemon character is N of Team Plasma- but Natural is the only good part of them. I hate Ghetsis for what he did to N, and the rest of the team for... well, working under Ghetsis.

I agree with Conquest about Team Yell and Star. They're just a fan club and a cluster of students each having an F in the Pokemon Battling course. I like the whole Penny storyline of trying to stop Team Star, but the basic concept of Team Star was really bad.

It's hard not to have some appreciation for Team Rocket between Jessie, James, and Meowth in the Anime and it being the first,

Team Skull is probably second because it's very silly. But otherwise, I never really thought much of the evil Teams.

Team Flare Neuvo with Legends Z-A was pretty fun too.

Team Plasma probably has my favorite outfit though [in B/W 1] minus the hood.
