I'm writing a little update because, while I was looking for some sprites, I noticed something I had never realised before: Bulbasaur has always been smiling, but then it stopped from generation 6 onwards. MAKE BULBASAUR HAPPY AGAIN.

Definitely Garbodor. Imagine it's a Pokémon like Misty's Psyduck that likes to come out of its Poké Ball on its own, and imagine it does so at night. Waking up to the smell of garbage must be something terribly indescribable 🤢
